Abou: develop and circulate new schedule of TMOD, GE, TT through June.

Ron: send list of people who paid dues. (done already)

Mo: use Ron's list and the Goddard web site to start a spreadsheet of members, to include: whether they paid dues and/or are continuing in the club and who each person's mentor is (if any).
Mo: order supplies: ballots, ribbons. Anything else?
Mo: send guestbook picture to Rigo.

Rigo: contact guests to encourage them to come back. Send them electronic membership form.

James: send information for my ALB to Abou so he can file it.
James: make survey for use at party.

1. Holiday Party December 11
Mo and James will organize and find others to help.
At the Holiday Party: give out awards, for example, CC for Mo etc.

2. How can we fill the room again? (Boosting participation).
Address logistics
* Consider moving time?
* Consider making meeting shorter?
* Consider once v. twice per month?

Why do people stay (why do *we* stay)?
* More to learn.
* Need ongoing practice to stay in shape for speaking.
* Practice also maintains confidence.
* Topics other people choose broaden us.

Why do people move on?
* Non-native speakers get discouraged.
* Finding topics is hard.
* Too much time needed to prepare speeches.
* Not enough support from mentors?

Try a survey to find out what would make people come more often? (variables: day of week, frequency, duration of meetings) Maybe also what would people like more of (workshops, mentoring, help picking topics, help for non-native speakers, etc.)

3. What are the officers' personal goals by June.
James: 5 speeches from Persuasive Speaking
Abou: has given 3. Will give speech 12/11. Goal: finish CC by June.
Mo: finished CC! met goal! Next goals: a) 2 advanced speeches by June, b) become a mentor.
Esther: will focus on existing mentoring relationships.
Ron: a) 5 speeches by June. b) become a mentor.

4. Dateline announcement will be given on M, T, W of the meeting week in the future to increase exposure.
