MINUTES FOR 11/20/96 CLUB MEETING

The meeting started at 11:35 A.M.. The Toastmaster of the Day was Chris Scherer. John Croft gave Thought of the Day. We had three prepared speeches : "Affairs of the Heart" by Pat Greco; "A Rocky Road" by Bob Grigsby; and "Something to Think About" by Jeane Ryan.

The Table Topics Master was Paul McCeney. There were five Table Topics contestants : "Timothy Dick" was introduced by Pat McHale; "Herb Putterman" was introduced by George Griffin; "Becket Rice" was introduced by Frank Melenu; "Thomas Mapother" was introduced by Kristen Lewis; and "Howard Coan" was introduced by Chris Scherer.

The General Evaluator was Martha O'Bryan. Jane Liu evaluated Pat Greco; Angie Upshur evaluated Bob Grigsby; and Jeff Bolognese evaluated Jeane Ryan. The Whisker Counter was Jennifer Davis. The Time Keeper was Eva Illescas. Grammarian was Kristen Lewis. The Ballot Counter was John Croft.

The best Table Topics contestants was Kristen Lewis. The best evaluator was Jeff Bolognese. And the best speaker was Jeane Ryan. The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 P.M..
